Data Deletion Instructions

Verdikt does not require a saved account. You may request deletion of your saved account, phone identity, claimed history, and room participation data by emailing zach@nmcollective.com.

Include in your request

• If you saved an account, the phone number on it. Do not send a one-time code.
• Your Verdikt display name.
• The room link or room ID, if available.
• The approximate date you used the room.
• A statement that you are requesting deletion of your Verdikt participation data.

What we will do

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the request. Once verified, we will delete your saved Auth identity and phone number, chosen profile name, claimed-history links, every shared result link you made or claimed, your public page and its selections, and the participant, preference, swipe, and Quick Pick result response data we can associate with you. Existing group outcomes may remain as group records without identifying your individual vote. We may retain limited information for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm completion by email.

Turn off shared links yourself

You do not need to wait for a deletion request to stop a shared result link. Open Your Picks, find the result under Past Verdikts, and choose Turn off link. The link stops working immediately. Links made without a saved account also expire after 30 days.

Remove your public page yourself

In Your Picks, under Public page, choose Turn page off to hide it immediately, or Delete page to remove its name and selections. Removing a Verdikt from your page does not turn off a share link you made for it; turn that off separately.

Clear data stored in your browser

Verdikt also stores an anonymous room identifier and display name in your browser's local storage. To remove that copy immediately, clear site data for verdikt.mein your browser settings. Clearing browser data does not remove records stored in our service; send a deletion request if you want us to remove those as well.
