1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Verdikt, operated by NM Collective LLC. By using Verdikt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Verdikt's service

Verdikt is a group travel-discovery service that helps participants explore local experiences and converge on a shared choice. Verdikt is not a travel agent, booking provider, transportation provider, or emergency service. It is provided as an early-access service and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide an appropriate display name and not to:

• Use Verdikt unlawfully or in a way that harms, harasses, or impersonates others.
• Attempt to interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Use Verdikt to make decisions that disregard your own safety, accessibility, or travel requirements.

4. Third-party content and services

Verdikt may present information, media, maps, and links supplied by third parties, including Google Maps and Instagram. That content belongs to its respective owners and may change or become unavailable. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and policies. Verdikt does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, safety, price, hours, accessibility, or suitability of an experience.

5. Intellectual property

Verdikt's software, branding, and original content are owned by NM Collective LLC or its licensors. These terms do not grant you rights to use them except as needed to use Verdikt.

6. Disclaimers

Verdikt is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, NM Collective LLC disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NM Collective LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, travel costs, or personal injury arising from your use of Verdikt or a third-party experience surfaced by Verdikt.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Verdikt or these terms at any time. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or Verdikt will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
